Simple Gift Tag

I started making a simple ''thank you card'' but ended up making a large gift tag. I think it will add a nice warm touch to that particular parcel I have to send. Hopefully she will like it.
I believe there are times when just simple will do. I used Spice Market Paper Pad, scissors, ruler, pencil, corner punch, We R Memory Keepers Eyelet and a glue stick. It measures ~ 15x11 cm.
Easy and I love it.;)

A summer to remember!

Hello, the photo on the layout was taken exactly 14 years and 1 week ago! It's only a part of a photo! Other part is personal which I left out. And there's quite a story behind this pic. It was one great warm summer day to remember for me and my other half!

And some close ups -

Memo Holder

Can I inspire you to create a memo holder? My theme was - ''the seaside'' because I wanted to have on my desk a reminder of my holiday.

It's one of those projects where you want to get your kids involved too. So basically get your hands on to one ovenproof ramekin, some Fimo Soft Clay (I used one Fimo Effect Nightglow Clay with Fimo Soft Windsor Blue). Also you need Ranger Glossy Accents, some chrome coated crocodile clips, seashells and glass beads (for that extra color and touch).

It takes some time to get the clay soft. When you do, press it on the base of your ramekin.

Press in the seashells, glass beads and crocodile clips and pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Leave it completely to cool down. Pour in some Glossy Accents. Put it away. Wait - ... ~ 2 days (it depends how much Glossy Accents are you pouring in)!  You can press in some more seashells in the meantime.

Here you have it! It will dry more flat but you still get the ocean look if you are after this.

Now add your notes, photos ... .

Have to start from somewhere ... ''good times''

My first post! So I needed to set off from somewhere. Here I have one very special card for my dear sweet friend. The theme of the card is ''good times''.
You know when you are not in a mood of drawing or painting then just Mod Podge, old postcard, papers, embellishments, a bit of glossy golden paste, some strings of ribbon, embossing powders, heat tool and a use of good old Crop a Dile would do just fine. Plus remembering some first-rate hours, adding a drop of imagination and there you have it!

Psst! I am editing this post now (15.06.2017) three years later and I must admit that I have come a long way. The quality of photos were just, well lets say, it was there somewhere and most importantly, I have grown a lot, I think that time I was just trying out what can I craft, I had limited amount supplies and the quality and ideas were just not there ... well, you have to start somewhere!
