I got to be a Guest Designer over at Scrap Africa Challenge Blog. That was great! Thanks Denise!
I made a card for it -
From the papers I used my ever so favourite craft paper, glamorous BASICGREY Grand Bazaar Collection and also its chipboard stickers. You can also spot KAISERCRAFT Art of Life Die Cut Images.
I started on a 8 x 8 craft paper, stenciling (TCW) with Daler Rowney Texture Paste mixed with different acrylic paints and then the splatters with Cosmic Shimmer Shimmer Mists, watered down Distressed Paint and finally my favourite - the light grey splatters - a mixture of Distressed Paint (ice bruce) and Liquitex String Gel! It still looks like it's wet!
Do you love that Tim Holtz Metal Arrow too, it gives such a nice effect to the card, I think!
I covered the (Dovecraft) frame with Finnabair Graphite Texture paste, then I used some Distress Paint, Cosmic Shimmer Silver Mist and later on sprayed some Gloss Varnish on top.
I was gathering ideas for a while what would I add for the inside of the frame windows, so Finnabair Stamp got my vote to be in the middle. I just simply stamped the image on a craft paper, cut out the right size and glued it behind the frame, then poured in Glossy Accents on top for a bit of that glass window effect.
This 'made to match' bottle cap was done in a simple way. Stick the Epoxy Dot on a paper, cut it out and then glue it on a bottle cap!:)

All the best,
